Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Handforth, Cheshire

Salary: -22,500 - 25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

What You Can Expect:

• Structured training programme covering everything you need to know to succeed in recruitment.
• In your first month, you''ll learn how to:
• Source and speak with new clients and candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• From months 2-12, you''ll work alongside experienced recruiters and start earning commission on top of your base salary.
