With over £400m in assets under management, their portfolio spans the whole of England and Wales with the majority concentrated in or close to the M25. As a result of growth, they now seek an additional Commercial Property Manager as follows: Working on a hybrid basis, reporting into a Waterloo office as required Managing a mostly Commercial Portfolio, with some mixed-use sites Undertaking the full range of commercial property management duties from budgets to lease renewals, HandS, Fire Risk, solicitor liaison and major works.
