Conveyancing Legal SecretaryThe successful candidate will be an experienced residential conveyancing legal secretary at an established solicitors firm - please do not apply otherwise - thank youThis is a remote role.Very successful firm based in Mayfair, London W1PLEASE NOTE TRAINING WILL BE OFFICE BASED FOR THE FIRST MONTH IN CENTRAL LONDONConveyancing Legal SecretaryYou will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Partners and Fee Earners within the Residential Property department. The work is varied, high quality, and high value.Audio and copy typing of residential conveyancing documents and correspondence;Preparing contracts and transactional documents, completion statements and invoices, Land Registry forms, and SDLT submissions;Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and liaising with clients and agents;Handling telephone enquiries with professionalism and discretion;Opening and closing files, post exchange to completion, AML compliance, and maintaining accurate records;Coordinating completions and managing post-completion formalities; andAssisting with billing and financial administration, including clearing balances, returning funds etc. Conveyancing Legal SecretaryPrevious experience as a Residential Property Secretary within a reputable law firm;Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completionFast and accurate typing skills;Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple ..... full job details .....
