Private Wealth Investor Services Role (Large-Cap)Location: LondonRP001The Opportunity: Finatal is working closely with a global private equity fund (large-cap) looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their investor services team. This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit but growing team in an exciting private wealth market. We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Associate/Senior Associate; the role will work closely with Sales, Product Structuring, Legal, Compliance, AIFM and Fund Admin teams internally, as well as investors, distributors and service providers across various jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Support the Private Wealth team and the Private Wealth investors in the upfront onboarding, and after-sale service, across our suite of open-ended evergreen (semi-liquid) fundsWork across all operational aspects of onboarding evergreen funds across various distributors and fund platforms in EMEA and Asia; the opportunity to work on global fund onboardingHands on in day-to-day relationships between distributors/private banks’ middle office teams and third-party service providersContribute to the Fund Administrator investor onboarding process by coordinating with Transfer Agency and AML/KYC teams and related operational/client service duties on behalf of the evergreen fund platform

Requirements

4 years+ of industry experiencePossess a strong understanding of the Private Wealth channel including distributors operational processes as well as operational dealing platforms and processesPossess working knowledge of open-ended evergreen funds, including Lux UCI Part IIStrong relationship development and management skills, both with external investors and distributors and internal global teamsExperience with investor servicing, onboarding, reporting and operationsPositive and proactive “can do” attitudeExcellent oral and written communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple demands and projects in a fast-paced work environment, including ability to prioritize time efficiently and handle heavy workloads while remaining attentive to detail
