It is this approach to innovation and strong leadership that gives them their edge.The RoleThis Legal 500 firm is looking for a Private Wealth Disputes Associate (1+ PQE) to join their professional and friendly team at their London office.The Private Wealth Disputes team are noted experts in a full range of contentious private client matters, including:Will disputesInheritance Act claimsOnshore and offshore trust disputesEquitable claimsCourt of Protection disputesThe successful candidate will be exposed to the full range of contested wills, trusts, and estate work while also assisting in the supervision of junior lawyers.You will play a key role in driving the team''s growth strategy alongside the head of department and will be encouraged to develop their own client relationships and business development initiatives.The team is highly supportive and collaborative, with strong business generators leading the way.
