Join Our Team as an Administrator! Location: Holborn, London. Contract Type: Temporary. Start Date: As soon as possible. End Date: Until 30/11/2025 (initially). Hours: 35 hours per week. Office based. Pay Rate: £17.76.What We Offer

Processing expense claims.Raising purchase orders and coding invoices.Setting up new suppliers.Booking travel and accommodation for researchers (Staff Support / Customer Service).Assisting with drafting reference letters (Staff Support / Customer Service).Booking offices and meeting rooms (Office Management).Addressing office queries and raising issues with the estates team with follow-ups (Office Management).Meeting and greeting visitors with a warm welcome; ensuring space and IT setup; updating visitor spreadsheets and calendars; sending welcome emails and maintaining the website (Visitor Support).Supporting the Events Manager in delivering STICERD events, including the Environment Week conference from September 22-25; acting as front of house during events, managing registrations and queries; assisting with catering setup and teardown; providing ad hoc support as needed (Events Assistance).Why You Should Apply
