Ensure continuity of care for all patients and deliver outstanding care at all timesCarry out bloods, observations, ECGs, etc.Work across all areas of care including inpatients, clinics, primary care, health promotion, and bloodsRespond to emergency situations as neededWork holistically with patients and other healthcare staff, including nurses, nursing associates, pharmacy, etc.Deliver personalised, non-judgemental care based on patient feedbackContribute to and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinicsQualifications and experience
Hold an NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent work experienceExperience in Venepuncture, ECGs, NEWS2, etc.Experience in a healthcare environment (hospital, prison or community)Vehicle ownership would be beneficial (not essential)Requirements
