Candidate identification and interviewsAdvising and feeding back to candidatesMarket mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from theseLead generation through relationship buildingCommunicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity forWhat we are looking for

Have experience in communicating with people in a professional settingIdeally you will have 3 years or more of recruitment experience, ideally having experience in recruiting for technology positionsDriven and motivated to work in a fast paced environmentYou want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture lead and values every single member of the teamHave excellent communication and level of professionalismCareer Progression and Training

You will begin your role with Investigo with full end to end recruitment training to develop on your already established knowledge. You will have the support of your team and our learning and development function.
