The student requires personalised support to access learning and development sessions throughout the college day. Your role will include: Providing tailored, one-on-one support using Makaton, assistive technology and learning resources.Collaborating with teaching staff to adapt and deliver activitiesAssisting the student with study skills, time management, and organisationPromoting independence, confidence, and social skills both inside and outside the classroom.Monitoring and recording progress, providing feedback to teaching staff, support teams and parents The successful candidate will undertake five days training provided by the Local Authority prior to starting the position.
