We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with SEN experience to provide tailored support to pupils and help foster a positive, nurturing learning environment.About the RoleAs an LSA with SEN experience, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with additional learning needs, including those with EHCPs. This role is ideal for someone patient, adaptable, and passionate about making a real difference in children''s lives.
