Working with some of the best meat, fish, vegetable and dairy suppliers in the UK we focus on creating the best version of every dish possible for people to enjoy at home.Job DescriptionOur production team is the heart of what we do here at FieldGoods. The team is responsible for everything from the moment the produce arrives at the kitchen to the moment the finished dish is sealed, packed and frozen.We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. Working directly with our Head, Sous Chef and the rest of the chef team, you will be involved in all aspects of production from prepping and cooking, to portioning and packing.The position requires high levels of organisation and discipline to manage a workload and work as a team effectively. We are looking for someone that is invested in the idea of the business, has an absolute passion for good food, is up for a challenge and has a positive attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking with the kitchen team to effectively manage productionProducing dishes to specification and maintaining the high level of quality we expectPrepping ingredients to specificationMust Haves1 year of cooking experienceA passion for quality food and produceA desire to achieve and improve in what you doA real sense of pride in your workA proactive attitude and confidence in your abilitiesFood Hygiene level 2BenefitsNo weekend or evening work!
