Building on our success in delivering high-impact agile and DevOps projects, we aim to deepen our strategic engagement with customers. The company is therefore looking for senior IT consulting expertise, with a strong commercial focus. You will have the track record and commercial skill to originate and execute complex IT projects for our larger customers, typically large enterprises or similarly-sized public sector entities. You will be comfortable interacting with the CIOs of these organisations and have the management skills to deliver these projects successfully.For the commercial aspect of the work, you will have the support of the company’s strong sales and marketing teams. You will be able to draft and disseminate marketing messages that fit with your perception of the market opportunities, and you will be able to draw on the sales team as required to make contact with appropriate prospective customers. For project execution, you will be supported by a team of able consultants with strong technical and organisational skills. As a Principal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic engagements with enterprise and public sector clients. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the direction of the company and to interact with senior management.Your mission

Originate IT consultancy assignments within or adjacent to the company’s main areas of expertiseOversee the execution and delivery of these projects, ensuring they meet customers objectives and deliver measurable return on their investmentInteract with customers at all levels, up to and including strategic, CIO levelWork with the sales and marketing teams to refine the company’s commercial strategyInteract with the company’s partners, such as Atlassian, AWS and monday.comQualifications and Skills

A proven ability to originate complex IT consultancy projectsThe ability to project-manage complex IT consultancy projects from inception to a successful conclusionStrong commercial awareness and ability to interact with customers at a senior levelLeadership skills with experience in managing and motivating high performing teamsNice to have

Experience of consultancy projects in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learningExperience of Atlassian software including Jira, Confluence and BitbucketWhy us?
