About the Role The role will involve leading sprinkler project delivery, coordinating designers, engineers, and installers, and occasionally reminding everyone that "urgent" doesn''t mean "panic."You''ll balance commercial awareness with technical understanding, keeping clients happy, teams motivated, and projects delivered safely, on time, and within budget (because miracles are a bonus, not a requirement). What You''ll Be Doing Leading the delivery of multiple sprinkler installation projects across the UK ( predominately South ).Managing and mentoring project managers, supervisors, and site teams.Reviewing designs, schedules, and contracts to ensure compliance with BS EN 12845 and LPCB standards.Keeping the directors up to speed without using PowerPoint.Ensuring the business runs smoothly from tender to handover - and that everyone involved still speaks to each other at the end.Having the occasional laugh, even when things inevitably go sideways.
