What Youandrsquo;ll Do:

  Lead, develop, and inspire the Conference andamp; Events team to achieve outstanding results.

• 
  

  Maximise profitability across a multi-million-pound operation.

• 
  

  Work closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver business strategy.

• 
  

  Ensure flawless event execution andmdash; from setup to close andmdash; meeting client KPIs and service standards.

• 
  

  Collaborate with culinary, cellar, and operations teams to deliver premium experiences.

• 
  

  Drive continuous improvement through innovation, training, and operational excellence.

What Youandrsquo;ll Bring:

  Minimum 3 yearsandrsquo; experience in conference andamp; event management.

• 
  

  Proven ability to manage large-scale events and diverse teams.

• 
  

  Strong financial acumen with experience managing Pandamp;L.

• 
  

  Excellent communication, organisation, and client relationship skills.
