We are seeking a dynamic and strategic People and Performance Manager to drive organisational performance. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge on fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with their organisation''s goals and values.You will report to the MD and work alongside the leadership team to ensure that their workforce is aligned with their business objectives and that all employees are equipped for success in their roles. Your expertise in talent development, performance management and employee engagement will be essential.
