We are currently seeking an adaptable Talent Acquisition professional based in Edinburgh with solid generalist experience reporting to the Europe HR Operations Manager. The HR Generalist will have administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping the company support important functions such as employee wellbeing, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations within a dynamic, multilingual customer service environment.In this Role, you’ll get to
Partner closely with the business to understand job requirements and source relevant candidates from various platforms.Manage the entire recruitment process using the ATS platform, including position administration, candidate interview and evaluation arrangements, salary offers, and metrics reports.Coordinate interview scheduling with interviewers and candidates.Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and Trip.com’s Talent Acquisition policies and procedures.Support the maintenance of the applicant tracking system through consistent updates of candidate profiles using tags and filters.Research and recommend improvements to the workflow and interface of the current applicant tracking system and career site.Assist in recruitment-related projects such as talent mapping within a specific set of requirements.Provide ad-hoc support in other recruitment tasks.What you''ll Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree or higher.At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.Experience with contact centre recruitment is an advantage.Good learning attitude, self-motivated, and organized.Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Self-starter with the ability to think creatively to solve problems.Ability to thrive in a busy environment, juggling priorities, and adapting quickly to different situations.High adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced, growing environment.Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.Core Skills: Recruitment strategyOther Skills: ATSSeniority: Senior, Lead
