We are currently seeking an adaptable Talent Acquisition professional based in Edinburgh with solid generalist experience reporting to Europe HR Operations Manager. The HR Generalist will have administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping the company support important functions, such as employee wellbeing, training and development, compensation and benefits and employee relations with a focus on the dynamic environment of our customer service department within a multilingual department.Join the growing HR team at Trip.com and help build for the long term on a high-performing scale. We are seeking a passionate individual who as a ''people person'', you will have an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale.In this Role, you’ll get to:Partner closely with the business to understand job requirements and source for relevantcandidates from various platformsManage the entire recruitment process using the ATS platform, including position administration, candidate interview and evaluation arrangements, salary offers, and metricsreportsManage interview scheduling and coordinating with interviewers and candidatesEnsuring compliance with applicable legal requirements as well as Trip.com’s Talent acquisition policies and proceduresSupport the maintenance of applicant tracking system through consistent update of candidate profiles by tags and filtersResearch and recommend improvements, if any, on the workflow and interface of the current applicant tracking system and career siteAssist in recruitment related projects such as talent mapping of candidate market within a specific set of requirementsAd-hoc support in other recruitment related tasksWhat you''ll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree and aboveAt least 3 years of working experience in recruitmentExperience with contact centre recruitment is an advantageGood learning attitude, self-motivated and organisedStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationBasic knowledge of employment laws and regulationsBe a self-starter and able to think of creative solutions to problems.Thrive in a busy environment which requires you to juggle priorities and will be able to quickly adapt todifferent situations with easeHigh adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate through a fast-paced and growingenvironmentAbility to work effectively in a matrixed environment.Why Trip.com Group
