Recruitment Manager Central London - Hybrid £475 per day inside IR35 We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead a high-performing in-house recruitment team delivering large-scale hiring across Professional Services. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping a modern, data-driven recruitment function, moving beyond traditional advertising approaches to proactive talent attraction and efficient hiring at scale. You will lead a team of recruiters managing a high-volume portfolio of roles and delivering approximately 800 - 1,000 hires per year, using data and insight to improve recruitment performance and service delivery.
