MandE Asset Surveyor / Building Services Engineer role at TieTalent. We are looking for individuals who have recently graduated from mechanical or electrical engineering courses. You would be involved in asset registers, asset verification, identifying condition of plant and compliance audits as part of a global building services consultancy''s internal asset management function.Responsibilities

Assist in the delivery of MandE Condition Surveys across a range of industries and environments, both in the public and private sectors.Log, tag and create condition reports for all mechanical and electrical assets within various environments.Communicate effectively and be prepared to learn to perform surveys as part of a team.Qualifications

Recent graduate in mechanical or electrical engineering or building services sector.Interest in asset management, building services, and condition surveying.Willing to learn surveying techniques, work as part of a team, and develop self-sufficiency in managing own workload.Employment details
