You will provide independent engineering advice to lenders, investors, government departments and local authorities operating within the property and construction sectors. Depending on your experience, you may be tasked with providing day to day project management of Independent Certifier (IC) services on a number of projects. You will deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis in which the inputs and outputs are clear, reliable and well documented. You will be creating logical and innovative solutions to compliment the delivery of the team''s work. You will ensure budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met.
