Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a 3rd Line Support Engineer. The role will involve managing complex client infrastructures and delivering strategic IT solutions. Responsibilities: Provide expert-level support for complex issues across server environments, virtualisation, networking, cloud services, and security. Act as the primary escalation point for the engineering team. Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, including server migrations, virtualisation deployments, cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure), and network upgrades, ensuring successful and timely delivery. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions. Manage client expectations and guide them through technical implementations. Mentor junior engineers, offering guidance on technical issues and career development. Ensure team members adhere to best practices and quality standards. Lead the design and implementation of security solutions, including firewalls, endpoint protection, and cloud security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Ensure thorough documentation of system configurations, solutions, and troubleshooting steps. Provide clients with performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
