An opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to join a well-established commercial vehicle dealership, delivering high-quality maintenance and repair solutions.As a Service Advisor, you will act as the main liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring service is managed efficiently and customers remain informed throughout the process.This full-time permanent role offers basic salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 plus bonus of up to £4,000 (OTE £36,000).You will be responsible forActing as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service journeyPreparing jobs thoroughly to ensure vehicle concerns and service requirements are recorded accuratelyAdvising customers of any outstanding recalls and arranging the necessary workConfirming the repair category such as retail, fleet or warranty before work beginsProviding regular updates on vehicle progress while it is in the workshopPreparing costings for completed work and producing accurate invoicesProcessing walk-in bookings and managing service appointmentsMonitoring expected completion times and informing customers of any delaysMaintaining accurate vehicle service histories and documentationEnsuring invoices and related records are stored correctlyOrdering parts once approval for work has been receivedWhat we are looking forPreviously worked as a Service Advisor, Service Adviser, Service Receptionist, Service Administrator or in a similar role.Background in a customer service role.Proven experience in an ..... full job details .....
