Join us as a Client Director AssistantYou’ll be recognised as a first point of contact for clients, answering complex queries and identifying opportunities to help them with their financial needs and goalsThe role will involve proactive and ongoing client engagement activity to deliver client requests and ensure an outstanding serviceAs a Client Director Assistant, the work you do will make sure our clients feel safe and secure while banking with usThis role does not meet Skilled Worker sponsorship requirementsYou''ll work from home some of the time, but you''ll also spend at least three days a week working in either The Strand, London or Bristol office
What you’ll doWe’ll look to you to undertake proactive client contact to build relationships and deliver the day-to-day management of client needs. You’ll deal with a variety of client interactions, outline the different ways they can do their banking, anticipate their extended needs, and support them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs.In addition to this, you’ll:Work alongside colleagues to achieve wider business goalsOrchestrate fulfilment activity sequencing with stakeholders and clients, identifying what needs to be done by whenDeepen relationships with clients by identifying areas we can build on our current offeringInvestigate and resolve complex queriesContact clients through meetings and first point telephony and email communications
The skills you''ll need
We’re looking for someone with a good understanding of how to provide a high level of client service and a background of working in a financial services environment.We’re also looking for:The ability to work within a sales and service cultureGood numeracy skills with the ability to use Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills and a customer centric attitude
