Serve as the senior point of contact and project manager for REO clients, ensuring that delivery consistently meets client expectations and business objectivesLead the planning, execution, and renewal of annual contracts, coordinating operations and consultants to deliver programmes on time, on budget, and to the highest qualityMaintain a clear view of account health, including satisfaction, delivery performance, risks, and opportunities for growthEnsure that all client interactions are underpinned by clarity, transparency, and measurable valueOversee reporting and insight for clients, demonstrating impact and linking outcomes directly to their commercial goalsManage complex stakeholder environments with professionalism, ensuring expectations are aligned and challenges are addressed promptlyIdentify and pursue opportunities for account growth through cross sell and upsell across REO servicesContribute to the development of best practice processes in client management and delivery governanceWhat We Are Looking For
Substantial experience in a senior client leadership role within a digital agency or consultancyStrong background in project and programme management with a proven ability to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary engagementsFamiliarity with one or more service lines: CRO, UX, analytics, accessibility, inclusion, SEO, and PPC, with the ability to discuss these credibly with clientsExcellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, handle sensitive discussions, and influence senior stakeholdersStrong commercial focus, with demonstrable experience in managing retainers, securing renewals, and driving account growthHighly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple client priorities effectivelyComfortable operating in fast-paced environments and working collaboratively with cross-functional teamsWhat We Offer
