Business Development Executive

Aka Recruitment are currently looking for a Business Development Executive who has a strong proven track record in sales to join our team in Wakefield. Working hours cover Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, the option for hybrid working is also available. Salary is dependent on experience but can start from 30k with a generous bonus structure available on topKey Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and upselling opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of products/services to new clients Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the company''s CRM system Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to senior management Stay informed about ..... full job details .....
