Speech and Language Therapist – Willow Park School, Buckinghamshire MK14 6LJSalary: Up to £53,200 pro rata (dependent on experience). Basic grade SALT offers from £33,000+, Specialist from £39,500+ and Highly specialist from £48,000+. Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 3 days per week, 08:00am - 4:00pm. Creating an environment where our pupils can flourish and grow in independence is key. We offer a £2000 training allowance after probation to support role-specific CPD goals.Responsibilities

Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent, or have SEMH needs. Work collaboratively with the education team and follow the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working to guide practice within an education setting and clarify roles and responsibilities.Qualifications and Requirements
