Together, we are transforming healthcare, and lives, for the better.Responsibilities include:Administering, responding and processing all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policyTo assist our colleagues to achieve and exceed standards regardless of department.Performing check in, check out and reservation duties including the billing process accurately and efficiently and following up with No Shows within the time frameTo be able to start and close a shift independently and ensure banking and ledger totals are correctEnsure Security Walks are conducted every 2 hoursAll Admin is completed and reception ready for operations in the morningFirst point of contact for any issues and resolve accordingly where possibleContact Duty Manager if escalation neededClosing date for applications:
