Head of Retailer Learning Services
to lead their National Learning Centre on a fixed-term contract. The role will oversee the delivery of world-class training and development across the retailer network, ensuring factory standards are met and learning solutions drive business performance. A key part of this role is leading the
digital transformation of the Learning Management System (LMS) , while managing all aspects of people development activities. You will be responsible for delivering continuous improvement in systems and processes, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic direction of the National Learning Centre.Oversee the delivery of training programmes for retailer networks at all levels.Drive the digital transformation of the Learning Management System (LMS).Ensure compliance with factory standards for people development.Take a commercial approach to decision-making, balancing cost efficiency with performance.Implement continuous improvements in systems, processes, and delivery methods.Provide inspirational leadership to the Learning Services team.
Skills and Experience RequiredProven experience in
digital transformation
and
programme management .Strong financial acumen and ability to deliver operational excellence.Strategic thinker with a track record of successful implementation.Exceptional ability to build effective networks and relationships at senior levels.Inspirational leadership style with high energy and a passion for learning.Results-oriented, commercially aware, and able to drive performance through people.
