The Opportunity

As

Head of Digital and Technology , you’ll take

full ownership

of our IT and Operational Technology landscape. This is your chance to

define the vision, set the strategy, and execute real change .

For the past 15 years, our business has grown organically without significant external support. We’ve innovated successfully on the surface - working on cutting-edge projects - but behind the scenes, our tech infrastructure hasn’t kept pace.

Now, with

new investment

following our acquisition last year, there’s a

five-year transformation programme

underway. You will not be leading this transformation yourself, which is important to stress. But your

fingerprints will be all over it . From day one,

every strategic decision, policy, process, and tool will go through you .

Your Mission

Lead

– Take ownership of multi-classification IT and OT networks, embedding secure-by-design principles.

Shape the Future

– Build a technology roadmap aligned with long-term business goals.

Drive Modernisation

– Migrate us away from outdated systems and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.

Empower People

– Lead, mentor, and grow our talented tech teams to create a collaborative, high-performing culture.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need to be more than just a technologist - we’re looking for a

strategic leader

with the vision and resilience to deliver change in a regulated, complex environment.

We’re looking for a

leader

with a proven track record of managing complex IT and OT environments in secure or regulated sectors. You’ll need a

strategic mindset

paired with a

hands-on approach

- someone who can set the vision but also roll up their sleeves to get people on board with change and make it happen. A strong background in

systems transformation, network architecture, and cybersecurity

is essential, as you’ll be modernising legacy systems while ensuring critical environments remain protected. Because of the sensitive nature of our work,

Security Clearance (SC)

is required.
