Compensation and Benefits Manager , you will be responsible for the operational delivery and continuous improvement of our compensation and benefits programs.You will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting day-to-day operations, data analysis, and process improvements to ensure our programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals.Responsibilities:Administrate and coordinate compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, annual bonus processes, and benefits enrollment.Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in market compensation surveys to help maintain competitive pay practices.Analyze compensation data and support the annual compensation review process by preparing data, reports, and recommendations.Provide support to HR colleagues and managers, answering queries and explaining compensation and benefits policies.Ensure data integrity and compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.Assist with the communication and rollout of new or updated compensation and benefits initiatives.Assist with job evaluations, ensure internal consistency and market alignment.Assists with gender pay analytics and reporting.Participate in compensation and benefits-related projects as needed.Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management.Requirements:5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits field.Experience in compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and benefits administration.Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems a plus.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Knowledge of relevant labor laws and statutory requirements.Good written and verbal communication skills.Strong team player, able to collaborate across HR and the business.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.Relevant certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is an advantage but not required.#LI-ML1We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
