Senior Reward Compensation and Data Analytics ConsultantThis role is with Mindbench on behalf of a leading advisory firm. You will support clients with executing their compensation strategy using data to empower talent decisions in a competitive market.

This opportunity spans dynamic industries including professional services, retail, manufacturing, tech, or pharma/life sciences. You will influence compensation strategies that align with the sector’s fast-paced, innovative culture.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Insights – Utilise data analytics to build market compensation trends within each sector. Translate large datasets into actionable insights and provide clients with a clear understanding of their market positioning.

Benchmarking and Market Research – Conduct benchmarking studies on compensation plans and related HR topics across EMEA. Provide insights and recommendations on salary structures, bonuses and equity aligned with latest trends and best practices.

Client Engagement – Build and maintain relationships with EMEA clients, tailoring compensation solutions to their needs. Deliver presentations and reports communicating key findings and recommendations.

Market Intelligence – Monitor developments in each sector, including in-demand roles and shifting compensation trends, and share insights with clients to help attract and retain talent.

Skills and experience

Proven experience in compensation consulting with a focus on data advisory and benchmarking for the professional services, retail, manufacturing, tech, pharma/life sciences industries

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modelling, statistical analysis and Excel

In-depth knowledge of compensation practices

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations

Experience with large firms (e.g., WTW, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC) or specialist compensation and reward boutiques, or gained in industry at blue-chips
