Your new role Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:Lead financial planning and analysis for property investment projectsConduct regular valuations of property assetsReview financial models to assess investment viability and asset performancePrepare monthly and annual investment reports for stakeholdersOversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for property assetsMaintain compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and internal controlsWhat you''ll need to succeed You must be an ACCA or CIMA Qualified Accountant, and you''ll have exposure to the Property Sector.
