Overview
Finance Manager , Malmaison and Hotel du Vin — Competitive Salary, Permanent Contract. Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week from Gloucester Road Head Office. You will join our Central Finance Team to support Malmaison and Hotel du Vin hotels, part of the Frasers Hospitality group. Malmaison offers high-octane bars, dining and iconic dishes; Hotel du Vin provides luxury boutique hotels with distinctive experiences across the UK.About the role
Reporting into the Corporate Financial Controller for Malmaison and Hotel du Vin, you will have overall responsibility for the following:Month-end closing reports and ensuring financial reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.Coaching and developing the finance personnel directly reporting to you.Maintaining adequate internal controls and ongoing compliance with group policies, statutory requirements, and sound accounting systems.VAT: submit returns in a timely and accurate manner, liaising with external agents as required.Manage payment approvals and bank mandates; monitor insurance renewals.Cashflow forecasting, central cost centre accounting, budgeting and forecasting.Ensure ongoing internal controls, compliance with group policies, statutory requirements and corporate governance.Liaise with external auditors on the completion and audit of group and statutory financial reports.Continuously seek process improvements and manage project implementations.Qualifications
Minimum three years'' experience in a similar position. You will hold a recognised finance/accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Experience of working with SAP is preferred; experience in the hotel industry is beneficial. This role is based at our Head Office in South Kensington with some travel between locations.Benefits
