Solutions Engineering Leader, EMEAAs a pivotal member of the Sr. Leadership team, this position will oversee the EMEA Solutions Engineering team and ensure its effectiveness and alignment with Verkada''s objectives.What You’ll Do

Oversee the EMEA Solutions Engineering team, including direct alignment to the EMEA Sales Leadership at VerkadaEducate customer executives and installers on Verkada products, programs, promotions, pricing and sales campaignsDesign Verkada solutions ranging from physical deployment and recommendations to Verkada best practices and Network Security requirements and bandwidth considerationsCollaborate with product management on regional localization and technical product adoptionLead budgeting and planning conversations with Strategic Finance and Sales Strategy and Operations LeadershipDirectly manage a team of EMEA Solutions Engineers, including individual contributors and people managersMentor and develop the SE team, including recruiting, hiring and coaching new SEsAssist SEs in closing highly complex transactions through executive-level relationships with key partners and the sales teamAct as a liaison between Solutions Engineering and Sales teamsTravel 30-50% of the time, including to national and international destinationsWhat You Bring

Demonstrated leadership success as a technical presales Director (L2) for the last 5+ years within a similar companyExperience with Solutions Engineering rolesExperience at a cloud and network infrastructure focused company with hardware/software exposure (experience in the Physical Security industry is a plus)Proven ability to lead a high-performing Solutions Engineering team within a sales environmentExperience building and scaling technical pre-sales teams and especially eager to spearhead an emerging segmentProven leadership in international cross-functional collaboration; experience leading teams covering EMEAExperience in high-growth stage environments is desirableUK Employee Benefits
