Head of IT We re partnering exclusively with a well-established, London Stock Exchange Main Market-listed company headquartered in Vauxhall, with offices across Europe, to appoint a technically capable and commercially astute Head of IT. This is a rare opportunity to lead digital strategy across infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity, while remaining hands-on and closely involved in delivery. You ll oversee a small, high-performing IT team and play a pivotal role in shaping the technology roadmap for a pan-European business. You ll lead the successful adoption of a new ERP platform across multiple European offices, including Germany and France. This includes roadmap prioritisation, post-implementation support, and ensuring long-term value through effective change management and stakeholder engagement. You ll be comfortable operating across board-level conversations and hands-on delivery.
