Full-time, 08:30 – 17:30 (flexibility)This is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading commercial operations across one or more major construction projects. You will drive commercial success, manage risk, and provide robust financial oversight. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class commercial outcomes.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sector or project-specific commercial teams.Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with project and business goals.Oversee contract negotiations, risk management, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with commercial processes and documentation standards.Manage cost-value reconciliations (CVRs), forecasting, and budgeting.Collaborate with internal departments to resolve commercial challenges.Coach, mentor, and develop team members, supporting career progression.Conduct performance reviews and workforce planning.What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading commercial teams within the construction industry.Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement strategies, and cost management.Exceptional leadership and people development skills.High level of commercial awareness and analytical capability.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.Proficiency in MS Office and commercial reporting tools.Desirable Qualifications
Professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is advantageous but not essential.On-the-job leadership and project experience are highly valued.Why Join Us?
