TRIbuild are seeking an experienced Estimator (Heritage) to join our clients growing team, working on high-quality heritage and restoration projects across London.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated estimator with a strong understanding of traditional construction and conservation techniques to play a key role in delivering complex and prestigious restoration works.The RoleAs a Heritage Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates from tender stage through to submission, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRead, understand, and analyse tender documentationReview scopes of work and allocate costs across relevant tradesPrice in-house trades, including labour, plant, and materialsPrepare and issue subcontractor and supplier enquiriesVisit sites to assess scope of works and existing conditionsAttend meetings with clients, surveyors, architects, and subcontractorsReview subcontractor returns and scopes of workTake off quantities and details from drawings and specificationsPrepare bespoke Scopes of Work and Bills of Quantities (BoQs)Produce tender stage programmes of worksAssist with quality and tender submissionsPreferred Qualifications and ExperienceConstruction-related degree (high grade preferred)HNC/HND with relevant industry experience may be consideredCSCS CardExperience within the masonry and conservation sector (desirable)Strong knowledge of stonework, ..... full job details .....
