We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive National Motor Trade Dealer Group who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Guildford area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Requirements:

- A working experience within a Service Advisor role
- The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
- Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
- Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

Duties:

- Responding to Customer Enquiries
- Booking in Services, MOTs, and Repairs
- Advising customers of when their vehicle will be ready
- Ensuring the vehicle will be ready at the time agreed
- Quoting and providing Estimates to Customers

For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £34,000 with OTE of circa £40,000.
