Specifically, the New Reflexions Children’s Residential Service provides therapeutic placements, catering to individuals up to the ages of 18 years, for both short-term and long-term placements.What You’ll DoAs a vital part of our care team, you’ll support vulnerable young people aged 8–18 with diverse emotional and behavioural needs. Your role will include:Building nurturing, respectful relationshipsSupporting with daily routines like meals, hygiene, homeworkEncouraging independence, confidence, and self-worthParticipating in school life and leading educational and life skills activitiesResponding calmly to challenging behaviour and emotional distressSupporting health and wellbeing needs, including safeguarding and personal careCreating a stable, safe, and homely environment in line with care plansFollow a
2-on / 3-off
