Topps is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and commercially focused Business Support to support our dynamic Sales team across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and beyond. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, EMEA, this role is central to keeping the sales function running efficiently and delivering best-in-class customer engagement across a global footprint.Job Description

Topps is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and commercially focused Business Support to support our dynamic Sales team across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and beyond. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, EMEA, this role is central to keeping the sales function running efficiently and delivering best-in-class customer engagement across a global footprint.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in commercial operations — whether coming from a sales support background or from an Executive Assistant or team coordination role. Occasional travel may be required across the region for meetings, events, and customer visits.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Organisation and Executive Support:

Provide high-level support to the VP of Sales, EMEA, including calendar, inbox, and travel managementManage wider sales team calendars and coordination and align with internal and external stakeholders across international time zonesSchedule internal check-ins and customer meetings, ensuring timely agendas and action tracking and customer communicationCoordinate logistics for travel, accommodation, and events for the wider EMEA sales teamPrepare and reconcile expenses in a timely and accurate mannerOrganise and support team offsites, regional events, and planning sessionsMaintenance of sales drives and virtual sales area

Presentation and Communications Leadership

Lead on structure, formatting, and visual consistency for all internal and external sales presentationsEnsure all decks, commercial materials, and reviews are polished, professional, and on-brandSupport creation of sell-in documents, product launch decks, sales reviews, and campaign summariesLiaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) for asset alignmentLiaise with global teams e.g. trade marketing for consistency, regular information sharing and sign off

Sales and System Administration

Maintain and update key systems including Salesforce and TM1, ensuring accurate forecasts, account data and customer pricingSupport regular sales reporting and business performance trackingManage sample product send-outs and sales kits for customer meetingsUse digital planning tools and trackers to help streamline team organisation

Customer Communication and Engagement

Coordinate timely updates to external customers around product changes, commercial releases, or marketing campaignsMaintain accurate contact records and customer communication listsWork closely with internal teams to ensure messaging is aligned and up to datePrepare follow-up materials, order forms, and campaign recaps for customer distribution

Key Skills and Attributes

Extremely organised and methodical, with excellent time and project managementA proactive self-starter who loves getting things doneCollaborative and team-oriented, with great interpersonal skillsComfortable working across international time zones and diverse marketsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to create clean, professional, and engaging presentations and materialsDiscreet and trustworthy when handling confidential or sensitive informationQuick to adopt new tools or processes that improve efficiency and clarity

Experience and Background

Experience in a Sales Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or Commercial Support rolePrior exposure to supporting senior leadership and cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with Salesforce, TM1, or similar CRM and planning platforms is desirableSolid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookKnowledge of Concur and Salesforce is desirableBackground in a customer-facing, fast-paced commercial or sales environment is advantageous
