Social network you want to login/join with:Our client, a global provider of business and creative support services is looking for a Business Support Analyst to join their onsite team on a permanent basis.As the Business Support Analyst, you’ll be leading data capture and pipeline structuring, creating insightful reports, and providing analytical support to boost decision-making and operational efficiency.Your adaptability will be key as you navigate the changing workplace, contributing significantly to the company’s success.Main Responsibilities:Leading the setup and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring reliable and automated data management.Creating and delivering detailed Power BI reports and providing project-based analysis to meet business needs.Training and supporting Power BI users, working with stakeholders to define data requirements and KPIs.Using AI and machine learning to improve data processes, extract insights, and drive innovation.Role Requirements:Proven experience in designing and developing Power BI solutions.Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Power Automate.Strong financial skills, including PandL analysis and budgeting.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on customer service.Patience and persistence for staying motivated, even when facing setbacks.Quick learning ability and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.Experience thriving in a deadline-driven environment, adept at multitasking and meeting targets efficiently.This is a hybrid role based in the City of London with occasional travel to the West Sussex office.
