We re looking for a highly organised, analytically minded Finance Operations Manager to transform the way our financial processes work across a multi-brand property portfolio. From rent collection to reconciliations, landlord payments to deposits management, you ll develop the systems, people, and workflows that keep the business running like a well-oiled machine. This is a leadership role at a senior level - with the growth trajectory to see you managing dozens of people and overseeing one of the company s most critical functions in just a few years. The Role Build, Optimise, Lead You ll take ownership of our operational finance processes, building a high-performing central team and collaborating with directors, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service to tenants, landlords, and contractors.
