Assist with menu planning and contribute ideas to keep the offerings fresh and exciting
Maintain the highest standards of food preparation and hygiene
Manage your section effectively, ensuring all food is prepared on time and to specification
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, following all health and safety regulations
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations and stock management
Work as part of a close-knit team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods
You will have a...Passion and creativity with previous experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen hygiene
Ability to work as a team with a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Genuine love for cooking, and a desire to grow and develop your skills
Experience in British or modern pub cuisine is an advantage, but were also open to fresh ideas and new approaches
