Your Responsibilities:Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes as a Chef de PartieMaintain top standards of food safety and hygieneLead and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operationsAdapt to different kitchens while delivering consistent qualityWork efficiently under pressure and meet service deadlines

What Were Looking For:Minimum 2 years Chef de Partie experience in a professional kitchenStrong leadership, teamwork, and communication skillsKnowledge of food safety, allergens, and HACCP proceduresLevel 2/3 Food Safety CertificationEligible to work in the UK
