An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to become part of our highly successful team based in Marylebone, London. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for letting multiple properties and networking for new instructions. You will be responsible for registering and managing a list of applicants ensuring they are regularly contacted and offered new properties, producing lettings paperwork and ensuring that the tenancies are compliant and let in accordance with our Residential letting SOPS.The successful candidate will join a team of 5 within our vibrant office, located in the heart of Marylebone Village.We offer a highly competitive salary package which includes a fantastic benefits package including a variety of flexible benefits allowing you to choose those that suit your personal circumstances including purchasing additional leave, health cash plans, cycle to work scheme and so on!Main tasks

Register applicants on our software package (REAPIT)Maintain regular contact with your applicants and ensure they are offered suitable properties.Set up viewings and accompany applicants on multiple viewings.Source properties from other agents (where possible)Network, search for and develop new business opportunities.Ensure the SOPs for Residential Lettings are adhered to.Operate in accordance with current legislation.Liaise with clients throughout the marketing and letting process providing regular feedback.Follow up viewings and provide feedback to our landlords.Deal with and negotiate offers when received.Produce lettings paperwork.Ensure cleared funds, references completed, signed contracts and correct compliance are in place prior to move-inCover for other members of staff as required particularly during holiday periods.What will it take to be successful?

We are looking for an experienced lettings negotiator who is motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills. You\''ll be a strong team player who can work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Being IT literate and comfortable working with databases and relevant software is important. Experience of the local residential lettings market in Marylebone is highly desirable.
