The RoleWe are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Manager to join this elite team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in high-end property sales within one of London''s most dynamic and prestigious developments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property valuations and provide expert market advice to vendors

Generate new business through proactive prospecting and relationship building

Manage the sales process from initial instruction through to exchange and completion

Accompany viewings and negotiate sales terms between vendors and purchasers

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey

Stay updated on local market trends and new developments

Collaborate with the lettings team to maximise cross-selling opportunities

Represent the agency at networking events and industry functions

What We''re Looking For

Previous experience in property sales or high-end retail (essential)

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities

Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving targets

Knowledge of the Nine Elms/South London property market (desirable)

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Professional appearance and polished demeanor

Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends

Fluency in additional languages would be advantageous
