Engineering Team Leader — 4 on 4 off Days and Nights | Salary: £58,000 | Location: KivetonA role is now available to join a market leading manufacturing plant in Kiveton, South Yorkshire. The successful Engineering Team Leader will be working in a fully automated plant, with plans to invest to further upgrade the plant. The position is permanent and offers a tailored training programme with opportunities to progress both at this site and across the whole group. When applying please ensure you are Multi Skilled, ideally Electrical and have a background in industrial engineering. This position is a permanent role working 4 on 4 off days and nights only.Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multi-skilled engineering team in a fully automated plant.Support the plant’s ongoing upgrades and automation projects.Provide a bespoke training programme and identify opportunities to progress within the site and across the group.Resolve faults and perform basic modifications on electrical and control systems as required.Ensure safe and efficient operation of plant equipment in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications and Skills

Formal Electrical Engineering qualification.Electrical and Mechanical skills with a bias on Electrical: Motors, Sensors, Relays, Drives and PLC (fault finding and basic modifications).Mechanical maintenance experience.Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally manufacturing.Reliability and Improvements experience.Leadership or supervisor experience is essential.Benefits and Additional Information
