We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Multi-Site Team Leader to support our nine residential care homes across Sheffield. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real difference across multiple teams.As a Multi-Site Team Leader, you''ll be a key member of the management team, providing support where it''s needed most and ensuring high standards of care across our homes.Your Responsibilities

Co-ordinating, formulating, and reviewing resident care plansActing as Duty Manager and leading teams across multiple sitesSupervising, supporting, and developing colleaguesBuilding strong relationships with families and professionalsResponding to immediate needs of homes (e.g. new admissions, heightened situations)Ensuring security, safety, and wellbeing of residentsRecording and reporting effectively using mobile technologyLeading by example and upholding Sheffcare values in all that you doAbout You

Experienced in a similar Care Team Leader role, ideally at least 12 monthsCollaborative and able to motivate othersAdaptable and responsive to changing needsSolution-focused and proactive in challenging situationsOrganised with strong time management and observational skillsEmpathetic, approachable, and able to build trustConfident using basic technologyFlexible to work across multiple teams and locationsShift Pattern

Day shifts: 7:00am–7:00pm or 8:00am–8:00pmNight shifts: 8:00pm–8:00am4 shifts per weekIncludes some weekends (usually alternate)Bank holiday cover requiredHow To Apply
