Key-Responsibilities:

• Project-Oversight:-Manage-and-oversee-all-stages-of-projects,-from-initial-design-through-to-production-and-final-installation.
• Production-Management:-Coordinate-production-schedules,-ensuring-that-designs-(from-SolidWorks-or-similar-software)-are-efficiently-turned-into-high-quality-outputs.
• Supervise-and-lead-carpentry/joinery-teams,-ensuring-top-notch-craftsmanship-and-attention-to-detail-throughout-the-production-process.
• Work-closely-with-the-design-team-to-interpret-production-designs-and-ensure-accuracy-in-technical-specifications.
• Oversee-the-installation-of-projects,-ensuring-alignment-with-client-expectations-and-design-details.
• Collaborate-with-clients,-architects,-and-contractors-to-maintain-strong-relationships-and-manage-expectations-throughout-the-project-lifecycle.
• Manage-materials,-procurement,-and-resource-allocation-to-ensure-smooth-production-timelines-and-project-delivery.
• Ensure-strict-adherence-to-quality-control-processes-during-both-production-and-installation-phases.
• Monitor-and-enforce-compliance-with-health-and-safety-standards-on-site.
• Conduct-regular-site-visits-to-ensure-the-projects-are-on-track-and-to-troubleshoot-any-potential-issues.
• Maintain-detailed-records-of-all-project-phases,-including-project-timelines,-production-progress,-and-installation-schedules.
• Ensure-that-all-projects-are-delivered-on-time,-within-budget,-and-to-the-highest-quality-standards.

Skills-and-Experience:

• Proven-experience-as-a-Project-Manager-with-a-background-in-carpentry-or-joinery.
• Comprehensive-understanding-of-both-project-management-and-production-processes,-including-design,-production,-and-installation.
• Strong-experience-using-design-software-like-SolidWorks-or-similar-for-project-production-and-technical-specifications.
• Ability-to-manage-high-end,-bespoke-projects-with-a-focus-on-quality-and-client-satisfaction.
• Experience-in-managing-carpentry/joinery-teams-and-coordinating-multiple-stages-of-a-project.
• Strong-leadership,-organizational,-and-time-management-skills,-with-the-ability-to-prioritize-and-manage-multiple-projects-at-once.
• Excellent-communication-skills,-with-the-ability-to-work-closely-with-clients-and-stakeholders.
• Strong-problem-solving-abilities,-with-a-proactive-approach-to-managing-challenges-that-arise-during-production-and-installation.
• Willingness-to-travel-across-London,-the-South-East,-and-Nationwide-if-needed.
