Whether you''re a solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer, if you’re confident managing your own caseload and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.

Maintain high levels of client care and compliance throughout the process.

Qualifications

Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 year’s experience.

Essential: exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work within a team environment.

Experience in residential conveyancing within the West Midlands.
